Shipments 

An order will be shipped to the customer via courier to the home or workplace within 5-10 business days, at a cost of NIL20.  (Israel only)

Please keep in mind the time of delivery depends on the sorting and distribution time policy of Israel Post / The shipments company.

It is also possible to pick up the order from the factory store located in Panorama House, Tel Aviv - by appointment.

Gartenbank is not responsible for any delays  in delivery and/or non-delivery caused by the shipping company or as a result of higher power and/or events beyond our control, including strikes, sanctions, and such.

 

Returns / Exchanges

If for some reason you are not satisfied with the product, for any reason, you can exchange or return at no additional cost.

Replacements and returns must be made up to two weeks from the time of purchase, in their original packaging.

You cannot replace/return used shoes.

The shipping fee is non-refundable!

We recommend trying the shoes on at home or on a surface that does not leave any marks.

Sale items can only be replaced within 7 business days from the time they were received, in their original packaging.

A refund will be processed once the item is returned. In accordance with the credit company's guidelines and in the same terms as the original transaction.
